Their à la carte dinner features a variety of exquisite dishes crafted by the chef, all offered at very reasonable prices.Right now, we recommend the smoked scallops (Coquilles Saint-Jacques), the spelt risotto, or the slow-cooked beef chuck confit.

And the service ? We tried it for you — it’s jazz service ! That means service with a sense of improvisation, grounded in the fundamentals, perfectly in tune with your needs, and driven by the desire to delight. The secret ? Attentive listening!

The menu also features a variety of tapas, perfect for sharing or savoring solo.
It’s easy to see why you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive!
But Jazz Therapy doesn’t stop there…Extend your Jazz experience in style!
Very soon, you’ll be able to book your Jazz Suite at the Novotel Paris Porte de Versailles.
Two exclusive atmospheres await you:n“Roman Noir” for a mysterious and elegant vibe, or “Swing for a lively, energetic rhythm.
Here’s a taste of the “Jazz Therapy” cocktail creations currently being served by the talented barman at Le Rosé:

Soul Cherry  // Stan Getz & Joao Gilberto “The Girl From Ipanema”

This cocktail — a sparkling blend of Kisume, red Osco, and cognac — captures the lightness of a saxophone in flight. Its fruity notes and smooth bossa nova sweetness pair perfectly with the timeless tune, “The Girl from Ipanema.”
Give it a listen!

So Far From 90’s // Charlie Parker “Ornithology

This bold cocktail combines spicy whisky, tobacco liqueur, and bittersweet walnut — a nod to the raw energy of the clubs where Charlie Parker revolutionized jazz. A splash of sparkling Perrier brings a modern twist, while “Ornithology” embodies the dynamic tension between past and present.
Close your eyes and listen to the Joshua Redman & Brad Mehldau rendition…

L’inspecteur Gimlet // Django Reinhardt & Stéphane Grappelli « Exactly Like You

The Inspector Gimlet, a blend of Botanist Gin, bitter gentian, and herbaceous absinthe, offers a sophisticated investigation, with a touch of spice from cardamom. Django Reinhardt and Stéphane Grappelli’s “Exactly Like You”, with its elegant swing, perfectly complements each sip with finesse.
And just like that, you’re transported back to the 1930s, when Django, the otherworldly gypsy, alongside Grappelli and the Hot Club de France, invented a new genre: Swing Manouche. Paris remains its capital!
