L’impact de la mélodie sur les émotions est une chose souvent mise en avant par les musiciens, avec «Jewish Songs», voilà l’assertion démontrée. Pierre-Luc Bensoussan, le pilote du projet, étudie le jazz au Berklee College of Music avant de revenir en France s’impliquer notamment dans le développement de la musique traditionnelle juive et musulmane. Pierre Diaz au saxophone, Patrick Soletti à la guitare l’accompagnent. Le message est clair, point de dérives virtuoses ou de structures alambiquées, tout pour la mélodie. Douces, sucrées ou mélancoliques, elles sont capables de vous retourner en trois notes.
