Sébastien Giniaux trio – Jam session May 18

The Afterjazz parties of the Festival Jazz at Saint-Germain-des-Prés are coming back to the Lucernaire theater on Thursday, May 18th and Friday, May 19th.

Two nights where artists and audience will meet in a warm and friendly environment for two concerts based around the trios of Sébastien Giniaux and Adrien Moignard, members of the famous Selmer#607 collective, and the guitar of Django Reinhardt which joins together the best swing-manouche musicians of France. To see them on stage is a musical and joyful feast. Especially when the stage opens to jam sessions after midnight. Open to all!A brilliant guitarist as well as an eclectic musician, Sébastien Giniaux navigates between swing-manouche jazz, Balkan and traditional Mali music and personal compositions. This trio, accompanied by Ghali Hadefi and Jérémie Arranger, offers their music as an invitation to travel.
