{"id":43329,"date":"2023-01-15T14:07:55","date_gmt":"2023-01-15T13:07:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/?p=43329"},"modified":"2025-05-07T14:25:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T13:25:34","slug":"aleph-quintet-shapes-of-silence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/fr\/aleph-quintet-shapes-of-silence\/","title":{"rendered":"Aleph Quintet &#8211; Shapes of Silence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>L\u2019Aleph Quintet c\u2019est avant tout le oudiste tunisien Akram Ben Romdhane, qui compose la quasi-totalit\u00e9 du r\u00e9pertoire (\u00e0 part un th\u00e8me du bassiste) et dont le jeu sur le luth arabe est singulier dans la mesure o\u00f9 il alterne single notes, arp\u00e8ges et accords, d\u00e9notant un impressionnant sens harmonique. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Mais c\u2019est aussi un groupe soud\u00e9, o\u00f9 brillent pas moins de quatre voix solistes (violon, oud, piano et contrebasse) tandis que l\u2019harmonie est prise en charge par l\u2019oud ou le piano, et \u00e9videmment la basse. De plus ces musiciens ont eu l\u2019excellente id\u00e9e d\u2019inviter <strong>Fabrizio Cassol<\/strong> (plus connu au sein du trio <em>Aka Moon<\/em>) \u00e0 les rejoindre sur deux th\u00e8mes avec son alto flamboyant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Justement parlons des th\u00e8mes\u00a0: ils ont tous une saveur m\u00e9lodique envoutante, qu\u2019ils soient d\u2019inspiration orientale ou pas, et l\u2019on sent que chez les cinq musiciens le souci de faire chanter leur instrument est primordial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Que dire en effet du violon lumineux de <strong>Marvin Burlas<\/strong>, du piano sensible et d\u00e9licat de <strong>Wajdi Riahi<\/strong> et de l\u2019oud du leader qui ne ressemble \u00e0 aucun autre et poss\u00e8de une dynamique impressionnante en dehors de ses qualit\u00e9s m\u00e9lodiques\u00a0?
