{"id":42864,"date":"2025-03-05T23:36:51","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T22:36:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/?p=42864"},"modified":"2025-03-06T17:48:46","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T16:48:46","slug":"the-hookup-twenties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/fr\/the-hookup-twenties\/","title":{"rendered":"The Hookup &#8211; Twenties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Les standards des ann\u00e9es 20 figurant dans ce recueil furent \u00e9crits par les plus grands compositeurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque (Duke Ellington, Fats Waller, George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Richard Rodgers&#8230;) et illustr\u00e9s au cours du temps par les versions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence qu&rsquo;en ont laiss\u00e9es des interpr\u00e8tes du calibre de Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan ou Frank Sinatra.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Reprendre de nos jours ce r\u00e9pertoire \u00e9tait donc un v\u00e9ritable pari que <strong>G\u00e9raldine Laurent, No\u00e9 Huchard, Fran\u00e7ois et Louis Moutin<\/strong> ont brillamment gagn\u00e9 en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 une lecture hautement personnalis\u00e9e de ces classiques du jazz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pour s&rsquo;en convaincre, il suffit de les entendre explorer les m\u00e9lodies du <em>Great American Songbook<\/em> avec un sens de la note juste d\u00e9notant une connaissance intime de l&rsquo;esprit de cette musique qu&rsquo;ils ont su rendre vivante par d&rsquo;heureuses trouvailles. En t\u00e9moignent le rythme impuls\u00e9 par <strong>Louis Moutin<\/strong> dans <em>After You&rsquo;ve Gone<\/em>, le traitement original de <em>Mean to Me<\/em>, les s\u00e9quences <em>stride<\/em> de <strong>No\u00e9 Huchard<\/strong> dans <em>Honeysuckle Rose<\/em> qui sont autant de clins d&rsquo;\u0153il \u00e0 Fats Waller, et l&rsquo;alliage sonore restituant avec finesse le climat originel de <em>East St Louis Toodle Oo<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"THE HOOKUP - Honeysuckle Rose (Clip Officiel)\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XKmaTHrXb7I?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
