Gestation comprise. Car celui qui, d\u00e8s <em>l&rsquo;ONJ<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">de Claude Barth\u00e9m\u00e9ly, le <em>M\u00e9gaOctet<\/em> d&rsquo;Andy Emler, et surtout le super-extravagantissime <em>Jus de Bocse<\/em>, promettait d&rsquo;assurer la rel\u00e8ve des grandes figures du jazz fran\u00e7ais, a soigneusement pr\u00e9m\u00e9dit\u00e9 son coup. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le projet <em>King Crimson<\/em>, du nom du groupe anglais des ann\u00e9es 70, certes, annon\u00e7ait la couleur (quel concert au New Morning en 2013)! La prestation avait frip\u00e9 dans tous les sens le mental d&rsquo;une salle en extase, retourn\u00e9e sur les fauteuils, t\u00eate \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers (le lendemain : kin\u00e9). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le disque que propose maintenant <strong>M\u00e9d\u00e9ric<\/strong> rehausse encore le niveau d&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline. Suivez la recommandation suivante. Immergez-vous dans les onze minutes et demi de \u00ab\u00a0<em>Street Songs<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, le deuxi\u00e8me titre de \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>Arsis Thesis<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb (Label : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le Triton<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0). <strong>M\u00e9d\u00e9ric<\/strong>, sa bande, ses compositions, sa voix, son bugle, nous transportent l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le Guide Bleu du Jazz (pourtant serti de belles adresses), ne nous installe pas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Progressions, freinages, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations (Ah! Les chorus des souffleurs en forme survitamin\u00e9e <strong>G\u00e9raldine Laurent, Christophe Monniot, Pierrick Pedron<\/strong>). Les vocaux ensorcelants. La section rythmique d\u00e9cha\u00een\u00e9e (Emmanuel Harang formidable bassiste sur \u00ab\u00a0<em>Felix is Back<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; <strong>Nicolas Fox<\/strong> aux baguettes infatigables sur \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pique-nique \u00e0 la Mer<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La pr\u00e9sence inspir\u00e9e du piano et des claviers (<strong>Yvan Robilliard<\/strong>). Surprise du m\u00eame tenant pendant 65 minutes. Quel voyage! Quant au groove ultime (\u00ab\u00a0<em>Optimistique<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0), nous lui c\u00e9dons en final, conquis. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">L&rsquo;on descend \u00e0 quai \u00e0 regret, entre plaisir, apoth\u00e9ose, apaisement, entr\u00e9 enfin dans le paradis des r\u00eaveries \u00e9veill\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Je demandais \u00e0<em> M\u00e9d\u00e9ric,<\/em> le mois dernier au bar du Sunside, o\u00f9 il voulait nous emmener? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">R\u00e9ponse du sorcier des nouveaux sons du jazz. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je ne sais pas comment te dire pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment.
