Il y restera trois mois, le temps d&rsquo;\u00e9cumer les jam sessions du <em>Fat Cat<\/em> et du <em>Smalls<\/em>, de se produire dans les clubs de la ville en s&rsquo;impr\u00e9gnant de l&rsquo;atmosph\u00e8re musicale de cette Mecque du jazz o\u00f9 se font et se d\u00e9font les r\u00e9putations.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Au cours de ses p\u00e9r\u00e9grinations, <strong>Alexis Valet<\/strong> rencontre le saxophoniste <strong>Dayna Stephens<\/strong> (Brad Mehldau, Kenny Barron, Billy Hart), le pianiste <strong>Aaron Parks<\/strong> (Kurt Rosenwinkel, Joshua Redman), le bassiste <strong>Joe Martin<\/strong> (Mark Turner, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Sabbagh) et le jeune batteur <strong>Kush Abad<\/strong> (Wallace Roney, Ethan Iverson, G\u00e9raud Portal) qui l&rsquo;accompagnent impeccablement dans ce recueil au titre embl\u00e9matique, v\u00e9ritable aboutissement de son s\u00e9jour dans la Grosse Pomme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">On y trouve les compositions d&rsquo;<strong>Alexis Valet<\/strong> \u00e9crites d&rsquo;une main experte et \u00e9vocatrices de son exp\u00e9rience new-yorkaise.
