{"id":39930,"date":"2024-01-26T23:41:39","date_gmt":"2024-01-26T22:41:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/?p=39930"},"modified":"2024-01-27T09:34:37","modified_gmt":"2024-01-27T08:34:37","slug":"aka-moon-quality-of-joy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/fr\/aka-moon-quality-of-joy\/","title":{"rendered":"Aka Moon &#8211; Quality of Joy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le trio belge Aka Moon a f\u00eat\u00e9 ses 30 ans d\u2019existence en 2022 et le pr\u00e9sent CD est leur vingt -quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9alisation depuis 1992, date de leur rencontre avec les Pygm\u00e9es Aka dont ils ont tir\u00e9 leur nom . <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Si <strong>Fabrizio Cassol<\/strong> est toujours le compositeur de l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du r\u00e9pertoire, il a cette fois-ci puis\u00e9 dans une multitude de sources d\u2019inspiration extra-musicales, entre autres les \u00e9crivains ou philosophes Edgar Morin, Toni Morrison et Anne Dufourmantelle, dont la \u00ab\u00a0<em>Puissance de la Douceur<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9voque parfaitement l\u2019esth\u00e9tique de \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>Quality of Joy<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pour cet enregistrement les trois comparses d\u2019<strong>Aka Moon<\/strong> ont fait appel, selon les plages, \u00e0 une pl\u00e9iade d\u2019instrumentistes tels que <strong>Laurent Blondiau<\/strong> \u00e0 la trompette, <strong>Michel Massot<\/strong> au trombone et \u00e0 l\u2019euphonium, <strong>Joao Barradas<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019accord\u00e9on ou <strong>Ad\u00e8le Viret<\/strong> au violoncelle, constituant ainsi une sorte de big band m\u00ealant de fa\u00e7on originale les sonorit\u00e9s acoustiques et \u00e9lectriques inhabituelles : un groupe que le trio d\u00e9finit comme une \u00ab\u00a0constellation orchestrale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39927\" src=\"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/AKA_MOON_2021_4568_\u00a9AlexanderPopelier.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" srcset=\"https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/AKA_MOON_2021_4568_\u00a9AlexanderPopelier.jpg 850w, https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/AKA_MOON_2021_4568_\u00a9AlexanderPopelier-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/couleursjazz.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/AKA_MOON_2021_4568_\u00a9AlexanderPopelier-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Cette sonorit\u00e9 magnifique, d\u2019une grande richesse de timbres et d\u2019une remarquable fluidit\u00e9 est soutenue en beaut\u00e9 par la basse \u00e9lectrique de <strong>Michel Hatzigeorgiou <\/strong>et la batterie de <strong>St\u00e9phane Galland<\/strong>, les deux membres fondateurs du trio. Si <strong>Aka Moon<\/strong> est r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour son utilisation de m\u00e9triques complexes, il privil\u00e9gie toujours une grande limpidit\u00e9 m\u00e9lodique et le saxophone alto de <strong>Cassol<\/strong> ne se d\u00e9partit jamais d\u2019un lyrisme tant\u00f4t tendre tant\u00f4t flamboyant.
